Misconceptions about Business

Today's businessman  hires people to serve as his employees in other words slaves, to fulfil his own dreams and work according to his idea of business.  To make more and more money. In return, he is only liable to pay them back a meagre amount of cash or some fringe benefits which is no match to what he earns in exchange to the hard work, brains, commitment, loyalty, sincerity and care and the profit being made with all that handwork , commitment , loyalty and care invested by those employees.

Has any of the today's so called business owners ever thought of returning the favour as shares in his business, or paying equally according to the value of that hard work brains loyalty care dedication commitment and care?

Has he ever looked at his employees as his business partners, with an equal share of the turn over?

A business owners demands complete dedication, hard work and all the other above mentioned soft skills as prerequisites form his work force. But when it comes to returning the favour, how much does he return?

Most of these so called business owners don't even bother returning the favour as an appreciation, encouragement, care and respect, equal to what they themselves expect from their employees.

This is not business, this is exploitation. We can not expect a return of equal favour from someone who uses several misleading strategies for the customers too.

Misleading, persuading and pushing them into buying things they don't even need sometimes, or at least   they do not need those things, as much as those things are being advertised or promoted.

Because almost all the companies focus mainly on marketing, advertising and presentation that also includes packaging. This is mostly a lot more than the actual product, its quality and quantity.

The main focus stays on its misleading advertising, marketing and presentation and almost no manufacturer cares even about the fair product quality and its quantity as well as it's after sales service and  customer support, which is most of times not according to what is being claimed and proclaimed in its marketing and advertising campaigns. They still call this marketing, advertising and business development strategy, which is in actual sense just an exploitation and a fraud.

Even if a manufacturer or service provider keeps his promises and his claims that he proclaims in his marketing and advertising campaign, which actually consumes the major part of the manufacturing cost in the name of marketing budget, he spends heck of lot on product presentation and packaging.

The actual or main ingredient in that product costs only 25% to 30% of the total price being charged.

Sometimes a lot lesser than the actual cost that includes the attractive packaging, marketing and advertisement costs that a customer pays happily. Which is in fact completely useless for the customer.

Most of us are unaware of this fact, that we are being forced or fooled to pay for what we see on television news papers and even on flashy billboards and neon signs and packaging of the product we buy.

In addition to all that, a customer is also indirectly paying for all the manufacturing cost, lavish offices and salaries as well as direct taxes imposed on the company which is directly proportional to the size and expenses being made in the name of working environment and facilities.

This poor guy called the consumer. is deceived with all that flashy stuff in  those advertising and marketing campaigns and  that extremely attractive packaging.  Most of the times, he never even notices what he is made to pay for, still liable for all those indirect taxes he still needs to pay as well.

And today's so called " businessman" does not stop here. These innocent looking. low level, almost undetectable frauds called marketing campaigns and business strategies go further  than that, when he uses the same tool called the "media" for making the consumers feel like buying more.

He reached deeper into  the human psychology by investing more. Not only creating subliminal advertising and messages, but also creating TV shows, dramas and  movies that triggers the urge to buy more and get into the race of having more than the others have. Not even that,  but also feel threatened, insecure with that a wave after wave of exciting, upsetting and disturbing news as well as explicit scenarios, information and announcement and the customers are bombarded constantly with those carefully planned streams of misleading information and news with half the truth. They carefully keep this bombardment continuous and loud, making sure no consumer is able to listen to the real thing, real information, real knowledge and wisdom and the real purpose of his existence.

And if this doesn't seem enough an artificial environment is created around the customer. Full of thrill, crime, violence and  insecurity by investing into hate speech specialists, professional arsenals and so called motivational writers and well informed journalists who always keep yelling over the faults, weaknesses, violence and crimes in the name of exposing the "truth" called open wide exposed truth. But only the bitter truth, never a sweet truth or a good one.Never letting the consumer attention divert towards all the beauty, serenity, kindness, goodness and development in the society.

Is there no other truth available to be promoted transmitted and spread around on the media? Other than things like we see on TV, newspapers, social media and most of the printed material available to read including the text books?

This results into a very insecure, weak and cowardly mind sets in a society. Unable to notice the true sense of life. Unable to dream and recognise passion and happiness which is  actually not having what you want, but wanting and cherishing what you already have.

What people, the actual customers are being told subliminally is something opposite from becoming a leader. It is to become a slave worker and surrender their own dreams and work for the capitalists dreams and keep spending on products 3 times more than their actual cost. Keep running after the life styles being shown and projected  repeatedly in the name of those so called success stories of so called successful people on TV shows and movies, exhibiting lavish life styles as subliminal messages of success power and security which in fact always remains out of reach of the poor souls being mentally hijacked by this policy and agenda.

Hijacked so much that they are not left thoughtful enough  with anything to think of as a refuge or destiny and  faith. Their beliefs are transformed into making money and running after the pleasure and leisure of life in the name of freedom and liberalism by indirect subliminal attacks over their actual and pure faith and also on their beliefs by showing them so called reality shows, dramas, movies and lots of additional stuff like that, directly or by subliminal messages against their faith and religious believes to make them hate and rebel form their own faith.

How can we expect this from a so called business man to be generous enough to have a workforce as his business partners with an equal treatment and respect? How can a man portraying and pretending himself as a leader believe in the phenomena of  a true leaderships that says "True Leader is the one who knows that his growth and success is actually is in the growth and success of his team''.

There is the way out. If anyone is willing to think out of the box and try to understand what the word "Business" really means in it's true sense. I am here to explain.

Thinking out of the box

It is evident from various religious beliefs that humans were created by God from the dust of the ground, or from clay, as stated in Genesis 2:7. Scientists have also suggested that life may have originated in clay, aligning with the Bible, the Quran, and even Greek mythology, which have long posited that life began from earth, dust, or clay.

A new theory proposes that clay serves as a breeding ground for chemicals, absorbing them like a sponge, eventually leading to the formation of proteins and DNA. This idea aligns with the belief that divine wisdom requires a gradual, step-by-step spiritual upbringing to comprehend its true meanings. This understanding, known as consciousness, parallels the educational journey from elementary school to higher education. Just as we acquire basic knowledge before advancing, we must first gain elementary spiritual knowledge before progressing to higher levels of faith.

To achieve this, we need the guidance of those closer to divine wisdom. Reading their books or listening to their words gradually elevates our souls toward greater consciousness, awareness, and the ability to interpret the true meanings behind divine wisdom.

The notion that humans were created from clay holds deeper symbolic meanings, serving as an allegory within divine wisdom. Clay has the unique ability to be shaped and reshaped, mirroring the human capacity for growth, learning, and change. We absorb and learn from our surroundings through our senses, and this information becomes part of our personality and character.

Information is processed by our conscious mind and stored in our subconscious, forming memories that guide our future actions. Modern advertising exploits this by using subliminal messages to influence our subconscious mind. Repeated exposure to certain information can lead us to act according to that information. This principle is why we often buy products we see advertised, as our subconscious mind is influenced by repeated exposure.

Our tendencies and personality are molded by the information we absorb from our senses since childhood, shaping our lives and even our faith. If someone controls the flow of information, they can influence our thoughts and actions, guiding us toward their desires. This control is achieved through ownership of media and information channels.

This is how our tendency and personality molds and changes shapes. We tend to absorb information from our 5 senses since the early childhood and memory stacks keep on building, depending on these stack we spend our lives and shape our future it even becomes our faith. If I am powerful enough to control the information highway and you are bombarded with the same kind of information through visuals effects, sound effects and reading materiel that ultimately guides you to act according to my desires and I do it so much and so loud that you are literally unable to see listen and notice things against my desires. I can control your mind this way and I sell you what I want and I can make you what I want you to be and for this purpose, I will have to own the electronic media, press and all the information providing tolls.

These memory stacks can become so powerful that they form our beliefs and faith. For example, if you have a bedside table in your room for a long time, you become accustomed to its presence. Even in the dark, you avoid bumping into it. If someone secretly replaces it with something else, you might still insist that the table is there until it is revealed otherwise. This demonstrates how resistant we can be to change and new information.

We often resist change and are afraid of knowledge that challenges our tendencies. However, we must remember that growth, adaptation, and development are fundamental aspects of being human. Refusing to change means rejecting our inherent nature.

One significant obstacle today is modern subliminal advertising, which extends beyond TV commercials to arts, movies, music, news, and talk shows. These media encourage emotions like frustration, excitement, and fear, making us seek material possessions for security and satisfaction. However, true serenity comes from within, from the soul, which requires spiritual nourishment, knowledge, and wisdom. Connecting with divine wisdom brings consciousness and illumination, providing genuine satisfaction rather than the fleeting comfort offered by worldly possessions.

Real Murderers

I was watching a movie once, in which an engineering student was behind schedule for his project that was a revolutionary kind of flying video camera that was remotely controlled. He was supposed to get his graduation degree with this project submission and all his family including his father who was an ordinary village guy were so enthusiastic with the thought of his son becoming the first engineer of his village that he arranged a trip for whole village to attend the graduation ceremony of his son.

But the Principal did not allow more time never even bothered to take a look at this boy's revolutionary project and grant him a bit of extension in time and called his father not to come for the graduation ceremony as the boy would not qualify this year just for being a little behind schedule.

This created extremely adverse effect on the boy and he was found hanging with the ceiling the next day. Shocked and torn apart his father arrived to receive his body from the university instead of his graduation degree and someone whispers in the ears of the strict up to the mark principal " congratulation sir you got away...postmortem report says " cause of the death is due to extreme pressure on the throat and neck. No one knows it was actually extreme stress and pressure in the head that made him kill himself.  It was a murder. Smiles encouragements and trust are needed for the great results form people specially young men and women need that more. But unfortunately they get criticisms, comparison with others kids and most of all scolding.

This is usual in our sick society. Either people are too busy to live life and spend quality time with their loved one's and if they are with them its only an exchange of negative thoughts, thoughts that they hear on media. Increase in violence, extremism, prices and outburst of epidemics or natural calamities. Negative politics, journalism and corruption. That is the main focus these days keeping the hyper tension on top. Making people feel insecure all the time and keeping them on the verge to earn more and more spend more and more and by themselves more security.

The product we get from that is negative toxic people. Always finding faults and things to criticize yell and scold. This is what we get form most of the teachers in the schools, colleges and universities as well and this is what we also receive at work places. Bullying and torture humiliation of subordinates and if not directly possible making the environment so inhuman and mechanical that human factor disappears from a workplace and workplace becomes a big machine and humans become just a part of that big machine.

In our schools most teachers are working  to create hyper active nation of young boys and girl once unleashed into the society it creates a brutal race ruthless with no moral rules or respect or mercy. Always competing, not helping not encouraging not giving way. The ones left behind are so brutally tortured and humiliated that either they are compelled to take their own lives or anyone else's that looks like worth it.

A few days ago I heard an old man died in our neighborhood. Cause of death, sudden heart failure. He was not willing to see his sons separating who used to live in his big house for years. He tried to settle their differences but they were up to get out in the the same race of success and never listened to their old man who told them about peace harmony humility and optimism the real values of life hidden behind staying together and sharing every hardship and happiness. They never listened to the old man cause these things are total waste of time and taken as useless stupid people thought and values that are not applicable in the real world these days. The old man died with that stress, grief and depression and the sons got away with that murder. No one around them didn't even bother to accuse them for killing their own father with that constant torture and shock. Despite the fact that the neighborhood knew what really made the old man leave the world but the stood silent. The reason no body accused them was the same as ever. Everyone is doing the same in their own life. Punishing, humiliating torturing bullying and talking about all that every time looking for someone to prove their supremacy in this.

Whenever someone commits a suicide I always know he didn't kill himself he was murdered. there are lots of kinds of suicides that we are not aware of. When someone deliberately neglects to take care of himself having a preoccupied stressed or depressed mind and invites diseases that gradually grows into hyper tensions and then sometimes diabetes high blood pressure and then heart disease what do you call it?

So next time you face a toxic negative minded person don't try to take it lightly. Pay your debt to the society and tell that person you are actually a murderer or the worst kind that creates murderers by filling human minds with poisonous hate filled negative thoughts.

Lets try spreading peace and tranquility and share good thoughts and ideas. Lets choose and share positiveness and optimism and information from TV programs and Social Media that promote something constructive positive and good. Lets open our hearts and minds and accept our weaknesses and handicaps by sharing laughter and smiles and casual get together to exchange views as well as knowledge and experiences about life art and culture.
